Islay Murton

Sports Massage Therapist

Sports Massage Therapist Level 3
Canine and Equine Animal Manipulation course at the European school of Osteopathy.
I am also studying to become a Chiropractor at the AECC and will be entering my final year in September 2019.
As a competitive sports person I understand the importance of keeping the body free from pain by ensuring muscles are working in the correct balance. This will optimise performance, with the added benefit of reducing the risk of injury. I am also trained in postural and movement assessment, which can help me to identify and treat the origin of the problem as well as prevailing symptoms.
